About Home&Away Days

Full Backing of the Board When a club’s board publicly announces their “full backing” for a manager, fans know what usually comes next… and it’s rarely a contract extension. Full Backing of the Board dives into football’s most ominous vote of confidence — the kiss of death disguised as support. Each episode, your hosts debate which under-pressure manager is next in line for the dreaded backing, track the fate of our ongoing picks, revisit some of the most infamous board statements in football history, and uncover the chaos, comedy, and inevitability behind the sport’s most cursed phrase. Packed with analysis, debate, and a healthy dose of gallows humour, Full Backing of the Board is your weekly guide to the managerial hot seat — because someone, somewhere, is always “fully backed.” (Yes, we did use A.I for this as well as everything else)

No father, I want your milk

There is quite a lot of cat noise in this episode, so enjoy that. We are back from an extended break (because we just could not be bothered really) and we are worse than ever. Listen for yourself and be the judge. There's quizes and nonsense, that's it. Good luck
