台中市年垃圾量逐年攀升，垃圾調度好燒腦，焚化爐、掩埋場還能撐多久？Feat.台中市環保局環境設施大隊 蔡德一大隊長
台中市自2018年開始，垃圾產生量已大於3座焚化爐處理量能，每年焚化爐歲修時無法處理的垃圾， 大部分是調度到大里掩埋場暫置，暫置方式從2021年後從以太空包打包方式改為類似衛生掩埋方式， 用底渣覆蓋暫置，而從2019年算起4年來累積暫置25萬134噸一般家戶垃圾在大里掩埋場， 這些「只進不出」的垃圾正快速壓縮台中市的垃圾處理量能，這意味著台中市的垃圾危機一觸即發。 我們今天很榮幸邀請到台中市環保局環境設施大隊蔡德一大隊長，來和我們分享在過去一年中， 面臨嚴峻的垃圾危機，環保局做了哪些應變措施，以及對於垃圾減量有沒有長遠的規劃？

環保局長來了！！永續城市從垃圾減量開始，台中市垃圾減量政策聊一聊 feat. 臺中市政府環保局長 陳宏益
臺中市目前為台灣第二大人口都市，並且人口已逾283萬，，垃圾量逐年攀升，大量的垃圾該何去何從呢？ 臺中市環保局統計，台中市在2022年垃圾進場量約為74萬9,109公噸，加上掩埋場堆置量8萬1,827公噸， 但垃圾處理焚化量約74萬6,091公噸，平均每日短差約232公噸。 倘若垃圾處理量能不足，垃圾量又持續攀升，垃圾問題將是臺中市的一大隱憂。 今天特別邀請到了我們台中市環保局局長 陳宏益 先生，來和我們談一談，台中市人口大躍進，環保局針對源頭減量做了哪些政策規劃？ 而台中市又有哪些政策亮點可以支持台中市朝向永續城市方向邁進？
