Where we talk about life, honestly. The biggest left turn Society has taken was when we stopped having genuine conversation and I've volunteered as tribute to change that. There is no limit to the conversation only endless opportunities for learning, evolving, and embracing. I'm super excited for this dope journey and even more excited for the memories we'll make through every conversation. So be open minded during these talks and understand, I am just a Blagical Woman out here making the most out of the life I was given.

I get the honor of connecting with my girl Tanisha about the Beauty of Aging. (S9: E1) Talking Life Honestly: Welcome Season 9
Season NINE is officially upon us and I am SO excited for this season, family! There’s so many things that I hope I will be able to share with you guys through our usual honest conversation and good vibes! I am shaking the HonestlyHelen podcast up just a bit with a new segment (name TBD) and less guests which I get into in this introductory episode for Season Nine. So thankful I am the host of my own podcast & can make last minute pivots about topics. I had a topic planned and then I saw something that shifted my entire focus and I decided *boop*, new topic, in that moment! On this episode of talking life honestly, we are talking about being grounded. Life is always throwing a curveball at us and the more we understand ourselves, the more confident we feel in the decisions we have to make, and even ones we don't feel so confident in making, there's an understanding in that. I really was in a flow this episode and for it to be random validated myself which in itself was a full circle moment for the episode!
