<p>我前陣子上參加了 #賴翠霜舞創劇場 的現代舞肢體開發課，我覺得舞蹈課把我心靈的缺陷完全展露無遺，我害怕被看、不知道怎麼跟人互動，這些缺點都赤裸地在課堂上呈現出來。</p><p>但王怡湘老師引導我在觀看／被看、主動／被動的二元對立中，去感覺立場的轉換與流動，讓舞蹈在二元的流動中展現出來。原來人生被既定想法困住後，可以在流動之舞中尋找新的可能性。</p><p>同時，我三月也去看了碧娜·鮑許（Pina Bausch）的舞團「烏帕塔舞蹈劇場」的作品《自由大教堂》。有了肢體開發課程的洗禮後，我看現代舞的觀感也有了變化！</p><p><br /></p><p>#現代舞 #賴翠霜舞創劇場 #Pina Bausch #自由大教堂</p><p><br /></p>
