HH2GH is an educational platform focused on lighting up the darkness. Growing up in the hood we have been conditioned to live in a constant state of stress which further disconnects us from our true nature as energy beings. Living in a constant state of stress also leads to weaker immune systems and a lower life trajectory. Overall health has always been more than the physical and when we learn to embody our spirit, we create wellness. Do you want to live in the limited survival version of yourself or become one with the god/goddess you were always meant to be? Nobody is coming to save you, change starts with wanting to save yourself. Spin da block with me as we raise our vibrations from the hood to a good, healthy state of being.

22. It's Okay To Let People Go
Growing up in the hood enables us to create connections to people through the survival versions of ourselves. But what we don’t realize is that when we seek change in our life, it requires letting go of the old ways of being. This is very much inclusive of the people we have “always known” be it the homies, family and even partners. The person that you want to be requires your commitment to embracing whatever change is necessary. Spin da block with me as we go from HoodHealth2GoodHealth ✨

21. There's Power in Forgiveness.
Part of healing is learning to forgive others for yourself, as well as learning to forgive yourself. Health and well-being is more than the physical as it’s the emotional/mental/spiritual balance that influence your physical. Lack of forgiveness is simply you holding onto the energy of experiences which you will continue to carry, poisoning yourself. Lack of forgiveness means you haven’t learned the lesson you was supposed to learn in order for you to elevate in yourself. Lack of forgiveness truly only affects you. 20. Therapy Doesn't Mean You're Crazy
Growing up the hood, especially specific cultures, we see the stigmatization of going to therapy. The notion that “therapy means you’re crazy” truly was built on the systems in place. Seeking therapy is being able to talk to someone who could help you identify your behavior patterns, help you unpack your traumas, and even help you navigate/create a new direction in your life. The stigma surrounding therapy and mental wellness takes away your freedom to be true to you and live a life free of generational trauma. Therapy is a tool that could be used to strengthen yourself and redefine who you are and who you want to be! Spin da block with me as we go from #HoodHealth2GoodHealth ✨
