Special: NABC Tournaments Reaction Show
The National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) announced today the creation of the NABC Division III Tournaments Series starting this upcoming basketball season. The events will take place in Las Vegas (Dec. 21-22) and San Antonio (Jan. 1-2) with eight teams participating in each event in mini four-team pods. Pairings, times, location, and other details will be announced at a later time. The Las Vegas event will be called the NABC DIII Tournament - Las Vegas presented by D3hoops.com and replaces the 15 year D3hoops.com Classic in conjunction with SportTours International. The San Antonio event will be called the NABC DIII Tournament - San Antonio and take place on the Trinity (Texas) campus. Dave McHugh sits down with Pat Coleman, Ryan Scott, Bob Quillman, and Matt Snyder to react to the tournaments, the programs involved, impact on Division III basketball, and much more in this Hoopsville Special.

A champion has been crowned! Another has it's combatants ready for their title bout in less than two weeks. On a special Tuesday edition of Hoopsville, we talk to one of the more unexpected women's champions in quite some time: Denison. Mo Hirt discusses how her Big Red were able to knock off seemingly Goliath ... who knocked off Goliath themselves? We will work on that analogy as we learn more from the newest champion in Division III. And on the men's side, it's a debutants ball for the national title. First-time finalists Emory and Mary Washington join us to recap their weekends in Fort Wayne and preps for Indianapolis. Will Hoosiers be must-watch along with game film for both teams? The roads to Fort Wayne and Salem are complete. The teams now have to hit the roads to get there physically. Which women's team comes out the champs?
