Why Baptism? I belong to Jesus (Acts 5:14; 8:26-40; 2:37-41; Rm 6:3-4)
Why water baptism? Because following Jesus was never meant to remain invisible.
Baptism is part of the Great Commission and teaching given by Jesus to the Apostles, who laid the foundation of the church.
Pastor Andrew walks us through scriptures on Baptism and explains how Baptism does not wash away our sin, Jesus does. We are saved by grace through faith, and so baptism becomes a public response to the work God has already begun within us.
In Acts 8, the Ethiopian official hears the good news about Jesus, believes, and then asks, “What would keep me from being baptized?” His faith came first; baptism became the natural next step.
Water baptism is a joyful declaration: “Jesus has saved me. Jesus is my Lord. I belong to Jesus.”

Holiness Does Not Mean The Church IS LIFELESS_Gathering Together Is Always A Plus (Acts 5:11-16)
Holiness doesn’t make the church lifeless, it makes the life of God unmistakable.
In Acts 5:11-16, the church has just witnessed the seriousness of God’s holiness, yet what follows is not fear-driven paralysis. God is still working, people are gathering, the sick are being healed, and believers are being added to the Lord.
This message reminds us that holiness and spiritual life are not opposites. We can deeply revere God, boldly approach His grace, pray for Him to work, and still keep our eyes on Jesus, not the servant, the sign, or the method.
A healthy church is full of grace, full of reverence, full of faith and always pointing people to Jesus.

Is It Okay To Treat God's Holiness Casually? Why God takes integrity and holiness seriously (Acts 5:1-11)
Can we treat God's Holiness casually?
Have you ever said one thing before God; but your actions told a different story? Welcome to the story of Ananias and Sapphire; and no this is not an Old Testament account. This is at the birth of church, living under the New Covenant.
In this message on Acts 5:1-11, Pastor Andrew confronts the danger of looking obedient on the outside while something very different is happening in the heart. Ananias and Sapphira remind us that God is not impressed by spiritual appearances He desires truth, integrity, and a heart that genuinely belongs to Him.
God’s grace is great, but grace does not make holiness casual. Scripture calls us to stop performing, bring the real condition of our hearts before Jesus, and pray: “Lord, keep shaping what is actually in me.”
