Whatever leadership is exactly, it seems to manifest itself through our influence on each other. Christian leadership, or influence, seems to be about facilitating collective movement into a better future. A movement towards a God-shaped renewal of the creation around us. This movement towards a renewed world is at the heart of the Christian Hope. A Hope in Jesus and His Spirit’s transforming work in and through us. Is Christian Leadership best understood as a special kind of Hopeful Influence?
