Kann Spuren von Französischer Revolution enthalten. Oder die komplexe Geschichte einer Hymne. Teil 03. Auch der Komponist der Tiroler-Landeshymnen-Melodie hat nur in einem ganz modernen Sinn etwas mit Tirol zu tun, stammte er doch aus Klosterneuburg und konnte seine nationalmusikalischen Rollen wechseln wie die Hemden – mal Tiroler, mal Kärntner, mal Steirer – all das war für den Niederösterreicher kein Problem. Dementsprechend haben seine Hofer-Melodie deutschnationale Burschenschafter, habsburg-treue Militärkapellmeister, kämpferische Arbeiterdichter und -chöre und auch die FDJ, die „Freie Deutsche Jugend“ der DDR, die Genosse Erich Honecker gegründet hatte, für ihr „Liedgut“ genützt. Performativ handelt es sich also bei der gesetzlich geschützten Landeshymne um eines der zentralen Werke der Postmoderne … anything goes. Gelesen haben Rainer Egger und Johann Nikolussi.
