   Longlegs (2024)

Send us a text I know we said the hiatus was over but then I got laid off We review Longlegs, which we saw in theaters and recorded immediately after. Thematically appropriately, there are dated references to movies no longer in theaters. The movie stars Nicolas Cage in his absurd makeup acting absurdly. I'm writing this summary like 8 months after we recorded, I don't really remember much of it. More overdue episodes to come!

Last Voyage of the Demeter (2023)

Send us a textCarter and Ashley again struggle with deadlines this week, finally releasing the Last Voyage of the Demeter. This film - released in 2023 - chronicles a relatively minor chapter of the original Dracula lore: his journey from Romania to London. The film has received praise, comparing it to "Alien at sea"... but that's going to be a hard bar to meet. Listen to see what they think!
