"2 childhood best friends chatting shit about life & the afterlife."
Hot Girl Stomps is a paranormal podcast, made up of childhood besties - Gemma and Cheri.
Friends since 10 years old, we bonded over our mutual interest of ghosts. Although we approach this with respect, we also have fun with it.
The paranormal is a silly, weird place and we delve into that.
No topic is off limits!
Welcome back to HOT GIRL STOMPS.
A paranormal podcast where 2 childhood best friends chat sh*t about life and the afterlife.
Gemma and the kids spent the summer holidays visiting National Trust properties, so she challenged herself to learn some of the spooky history of the amazing places she visited.
What spooks haunt Blickling Hall in Norfolk?

Phoenix Lights UFO Sighting
Welcome back to HOT GIRL STOMPS. A paranormal podcast where 2 childhood best friends chat sh*t about life and the afterlife.
This is our first UFO episode, and it's Cheri's favourite! The 1997 UFO sighting in Phoenix, Arizona, USA - known more commonly as the PHOENIX LIGHTS.
Anti-UFO theories range from B-2 Stealth Crafts, to more secretive government trials - but Gemma raises a great question: why fly them so publicly if they're so top secret? And where are these crafts now? What are your theories?

Haunted Irish Hotels - Renvyle House and Cabra Castle
Welcome back to HOT GIRL STOMPS.
A paranormal podcast where 2 childhood best friends chat shit about life and the afterlife.
It's been a while.... but we are BACK BABY.
This episode, we explain why we took a break, how things have been going offline for us, knocked the microphone 1000 times, and Gemma went into detail about an Irish house turned hotel that she was inspired to research after watching HOKUM.
What is it about Ireland that conjures such spiritual encounters? Why is it ALWAYS the bathroom?! Have you been to Renvyle House or Cabra Castle? Is gender important in the paranormal? Did you watch Hokum? Tell us your thoughts!

The REAL Conjuring House
Welcome back to HOT GIRL STOMPS.
A paranormal podcast where 2 childhood best friends chat shit about life and the afterlife.
You asked for "real" paranormal stories, and we can't do that without talking about THE CONJURING HOUSE.
Many of you will have seen the very first The Conjuring film, released in 2013.
But how many of you know the real story behind the movie?
Cheri tells Gemma the history of the property, theories, the story of the Perron family - and those that lived there after.
While we await news of who has now bought the property - lets discuss; do we think it's really haunted?

Alton Towers and the Curse of the Chained Oak
Cheri takes a back seat for this one, as Gemma runs us through the curse that started it all.
Many of us will have been to Alton Towers in our lives - amazing roller coasters, a scarefest at Halloween to literally die for, and beautiful grounds & gardens - all centering on "The Towers" themselves.
But long ago in it's past, the family were cursed - birthing the legend of the Chained Oak and possibly the reason for the hauntings at the theme park, that still occur to this day.
Have you experienced anything supernatural on your way around the rides?
Why do the ghosts still linger after all this time?

Creepy Things Kids Say - Are Children More Spiritually Aware?
This week, Gemma sits down with Cheri to dive into the often terrifying phenomenon of children, their paranormal experiences - and the down right creepy things they tell us they see!
With some listener stories, personal stories about our own childhoods and children, and real life examples of "past life regression" - we look at whether children are just more "open" to this kind of stuff.
What do you think?

Gemma takes on her biggest test yet - can she convince herself AND Cheri that there really is something to Palmistry?
Also known as Chiromancy (similar to Necromancy but not quite - sorry Gemma!) - we talk about the origins, how it works, and what could possibly explain the art form of Palm Reading.
A little bit of a "different" take on the paranormal, but a hugely influencial and prevelant part of spiritual movements.
