Quite frankly, the far more troublesome component to the quarterly update is what's happening on the growth side, because we're now in a circumstance where anyone that thinks a government is going to address the operating deficit situation through cuts and reductions is dreaming. That's not going to happen. If a government does resolve itself to address this, it is going to have to be because on the strength of economic growth. And we saw projections around economic growth drop as well to below 1%. […]
