Did Someone say Tacos?: Dos Amigos
<p>Started by two Hotelies, Jorge Bouras '17 and David Farahi '16, the Dos Amigos food truck opened in 2015. Selling tacos, quesadillas, and burritos, Dos Amigos opened their brick-and-mortar store in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic in June 2020. Jorge joins us to talk about his journey and his favorite dishes on the menu. </p>

Fried Chicken and Wine: F.L.X. Hospitality
<p>F.L.X. Hospitality was founded by Christopher Bates '03 MS and Isabel Bogadtke in 2013. Their passion project on Seneca lake, F.L.X. Wienery, serves as a good food stop for those cruising the wineries on State Route 14. Seven years later, the F.L.X brand has expanded into two restaurants in Geneva, F.L.X. Table and Fry Bird. In 2017, F.L.X. Table was USA Today's Best New Restaurant in the country! Also in Geneva is their official tasting room for their Element Winery and a pantry where you can find their favorite specialty products like truffles! Find out more about Christopher's journey and how Maddie D'Amico, their people operations manager, and Anthony Do '20 came to be a part of the F.L.X. family!</p>
