<p>大切な存在を失った時、<br>「こう感じなければならない」</p><p>と思ったことはありませんか。</p><p><br></p><p>悲しまなければいけない。<br>感謝しなければいけない。<br>いい思い出を語らなければいけない。</p><p><br></p><p>でも本当は私たちの思いは複雑で、<br>”いい感情”じゃないものを抱くこともあります。</p><p>でも、それでいいのです。</p><p><br></p><p>今回はグリーフケアの観点から、<br>“それぞれでいい”ということについてお話しします。</p><p><br></p><p>ある方の言葉を通して、<br>「自分の感情を、自分のものとして大事にする」</p><p>ということを考えてみたいと思います。</p>
