ACL Diaries
<p>In this series we will be checking in with ourselves mentally and how our surroundings and our lifestyle is affecting our mental health. I the host will be focusing mainly on my own experiences that I have always dealt with but have really come to the surface from a recent experience of ACL surgery and navigating mental health care in a new country.
