Well, another really interesting point for kind of HR leaders that are practicing in terms of successful acquisitions was, again, referring back to those three, a key part of our strategy for integrating them was benefits harmonization. So we obviously purchased these three companies. They had different benefits from the companies I was working in. So we priced into the deal model what it would take to harmonise the benefits up to the highest common denominator.
