[…] I think definitely something that I have noticed, and something that kind of builds on what you were saying, is this idea that people are, are leading teams potentially of people that know more about AI, or are using AI more so within their role, and actually as a leader, or somebody that, or a head of, or somebody in that position, I can imagine that feeling of trying to have to keep up, whilst also still leading on the strategy, and not having maybe the same sort of space to be able to play or experiment or to build it within the role, because you're not doing the doing, and instead maybe feeling that kind of, you're sort of looking over your shoulder, or that fear of not knowing as much as you should know, leading a department or a team that know more than you do about AI.
