本集特別訪問原住民族傳統智慧創作保護推動專案辦公室的專案經理邱文福。原住民族傳統智慧創作保護條例自立法以來，已經推動許多原住民族部落的傳統智慧創作的專用權，以避免族人祖先的智慧與結晶被誤用跟盜用的情形，這個法律也是原住民族基本法非常重要的子法，促進當代原住民族權利的完整化。透過專案經理的說明，讓聽眾朋友了解原創條例的立法意旨，還有他的申請流程，並透國實際的案例說明原住民族傳統智慧創作要如何受到保障，以及它跟原住民族公共利益的直接關係。🔴主持人：Kelun 閣潤🔵受訪者：邱文福都音Facebook粉絲專頁Copyright © 財團法人桃園市原住民族發展基金會 2024 All rights reserved.
