<p>When the war first broke out there was a woman who started running groups for the evacuees from the south, as a form of running therapy- after realizing the therapy it is for her own her own life…</p> <p>Meet Yael Goodman, founder of Run Jlem! </p> <p><br></p> <p>I got a message from her around 10 days after the war started asking to buy some running skirts for these women, who had less than an hour to pack their belongings and flee..</p> <p>And 6 months later, with the help of many friends, customers and Yael’s Tani Fund we’ve donated just over 100 skirts!</p> <p>The donations keep on coming..</p> <p><br></p> <p>And although this podcast is from a month ago its still so relevant, sharing a genuine window into what it’s actually like in our country these days.</p> <p><br></p> <p>May we live to see happier days 🌺 </p> <p><br></p> <p><br></p> <p><br></p> <p>#run710 #runningtherapy </p>
