In the first half of this episode, you'll hear from First-Year Fellows Sophia-Dawn Weldin, Jillian Reifsnyder, and Raktim Basu about unhealthy habits and how to break them. In the second half, you'll be joined by First-Year Fellow Katie Rippon and Munsons Avery Houle and Abhigna Rao, who'll share best practices to forming new healthy habits that we hope will get you started on the right foot this spring!</p>

<p>School, life, and everything in between can be hard on all of us, so Munsons Sammy, Ashley, and Avery are here to take us through their healthy tips for how we can all try to prioritize our mental health and care for ourselves a little bit more each day.</p> <p>Just a disclaimer that the advice you will hear in this episode is coming from the personal experiences of three Honors students at UD, not mental health professionals. If you are struggling and need mental health support, you can contact the UD Helpline by dialing 302-831-1001. You can also text "UDTEXT", or "STEVE" for students of color, to 741741, or reach the Student Counseling Center by calling 302-831-2141 Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm.</p>
