Welcome to my podcast 'How to Curate Your Life - Work Life Balance for the Creative Entrepreneur'. After 10 years working as a creative entrepreneur in the design world, I have learnt a thing or two about setting up and running a creative business and managing a portfolio career. One big thing I have found is that, if you're in it for the long game, staying inspired and taking care of yourself both physically and emotionally is crucial. I've been lucky enough to met lots of inspiring people along the way who are trying to do the same. This podcast aims to celebrate the creativity and entrepreneurial endeavours of those individuals and get down to the nitty gritty together of how we 'Curate Our Lives' to help develop that all allusive 'Work Life Balance'. We'll talk productivity, creativity, health (both mental and physical), self promotion, mindfulness, priorities and much more, all with a view to help you develop and nurture these good things and others and learn together 'How to Curate Our Lives' for the better.
