Fill out a Stolen Valor report at the Office of Inspector General &nbsp;<a href="https://www.archives.gov/oig" target="_blank">website</a>.</p> <p>3. Mail your letter and packet of documentation listed in the previous section to the National Archives</p> <p>OIG Hotline, NARA</p> <p>P.O. Box 1821</p> <p>Hyattsville, MD 20788-0821</p> <p>4. Or you can phone the National Archives hotline at</p> <p>301-837-3500.</p> <p>5.
