Podcast Overview

We’re holding space for authentic conversations about healing from the hard things in our past and building resilience for our future. We discuss everything from ancient healing practices, culture, and spirituality, to personal stories of healing, and the newest technological applications and wellness practices. We’re all on a path to healing. And we all want to feel better and be more resilient to pain and trauma. We want to feel free, connected, and whole. Our fundamental belief is that our path to healing is momentously enhanced through shared wisdom, intentional presence (witnessing), sharing stories, and the support of others. In our “Stories of Healing” segment, guests share their personal healing journies. We find the common humanity buried like diamonds within these deeply human stories. They demonstrate how we can all serve as guides for each other, providing both practical insights and inspiration for our community. To help expand our understanding, Ryan speaks with friends of the community and today’s top healing guides about the philosophies and practices of influencers such as Gabor Maté, Thomas Hübl, Lisa Feldman Barrett, Bessel van der Kolk, Richard Schwartz, Peter Levine, and more.
