I don't think we need to swing the pendulum to one side or the other. Cause I do think there's a lot to be said about actually knowing the company, having the experience of the jobs in the fields, you know, understanding what the baseline is in order to be in these seats as the HR folks, because I think it does give us a little more understanding, a little more empathy, knowing the business a little bit better than just Someone who gets hired externally and now has to start fresh and learn everything about the business just because they know HR.
