HML student podcast, previously known as the HSK student pod was created for all students in the School of Health, Medicine and Life Sciences at the University of Hertfordshire.
This is a podcast series covers a range of topics including keeping students up to date on what is going on in the school, useful tips and advice for getting ahead with their studies, and some special interest items with guest speakers.
Our aim is to produce the podcast once a month so that students have something fresh and new to listen to regularly. (Due to other commitments or shortcomings, we may sometimes not be able to publish a new episode for the relevant month.

Gugu shares her story and useful tips on how she managed to succeed on her course despite being a full-time student with parenting and caring responsibilities.

Shipa Begum from the SSAS team (Student Success and Academic Skills team) talks about how Perfectionism affects students. She shares some useful tips on how students can find the right balance with Perfectionism and how they can use the shared tips when working on their assignments during the Christmas break.
Shipa also gives an update on the services and resources the SSAS team has on offer to students in the School of Health and Social Work. Including the SSAS team services over the Christmas break.
