<p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal">胡适文选作者，胡适演播敖达夫，但依我来看，要解决这三个大问题，必须先有一番心理的建设。所谓心理建设，并不仅仅是孙中山先生所谓知难行易的学说，只是一种新觉悟，一种新心理。这种急需的新觉悟就是我们自己要认错，我们必须承认，我们自己百事不如人，不但物质上不如人，不但机械上不如人，并且政治，社会，道德都不如人，何以百事不如人呢？不要尽说，帝国主义者害了我们，那是我们自己欺骗自己的话。我们要睁开眼睛看看日本近60年的历史。试想想，和以帝国主义的侵略，压不住日本的发展和发奋自强，何以不平等条约捆不住日本的自由发展。可以，我们跌倒了便爬不起来呢，因为我们从不曾悔过，从不曾彻底痛责自己，从不曾彻底认错。二三十年前居然有点悔悟了，所以许多拆遣小说出来，抱养我们自己的官场的黑暗，社会的壁屋，家庭的冷酷，十余年。</p>

<p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal">胡适文选作者，胡适演播敖达夫这个问题其实是公司不分四个字。古话说的一子成佛，一家升天。古话又说，一人得道，集犬登仙，仙佛尚且如此，何况吃肉的官人，何况公司的经理，董事几千年来，大家好像都不曾想想得到，成佛既是那样艰难的事，为什么一人躬行圆满之后，他们全家鸡犬也都可以跟着登天呢。最奇怪的是，就是今日的新官吏，也不能打破这种旧习气。最近招商局的一个分局的送案便是最明显的例子。据报纸所载，一个家长做了名义上的局长，实际上却是他的子侄亲戚，实行他的职务，弄得弊端百出，亏空到几十万元到法庭上，这位家长说，他竟不知道他是局长，招商局的全部历史节节都是缺乏保管的责任心的好例子。我们翻开国民政府清查整理招商局委员会的报告书镜头看官场现形记一样，处处都是怪。</p>

<p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal">胡适文选作者，胡适演播敖达夫，请大家来照照镜子。美国使馆的商务参赞安诺德先生制成这三张图表。第一，表示中国人口的分配表，表示中国的人口问题不再过多，而在于分配的太不均匀，在于编省的太不发达。第二表是中国和美国的经济状况，生产能力，工业状态的比较，处处叫我们照照镜子，照出我们自己的百步如人。第三表有美国在世界上占的地位，也是给我们做一面镜子用的，叫我们生一点羡慕起一点惭愧，去年他们这几张图表送给我看，我便力劝他在中国出版。他答应了之后，又预备了一篇长序题目，叫做中国问题中的几个根本问题。他指出，中国今日有三个大问题，第一，怎样赶成全国铁路的干线，使全国的各部分有一个经济的交通机关。第二，怎样用教育及种种节省人力，帮助人力的机器来增加个人生产。</p>
