<p>留言告訴我你對這一集的想法： <br />「欸！我們來解決剩食問題吧！」一群對環境有愛的大學生創立了Baked Tipsy <br />將剩餘的麵包釀製成啤酒，讓你在的幫助世界減少食物浪費的同時，也能享受微醺生活！ <br />團隊以解決剩食為目標，持續研發多種產品，達到剩食的永續循環 <br />因為相信著每個人的小行動，都會形成蝴蝶效應，改變環境、影響世界 <br /> <br />據環保署 2019 年統計，臺灣每年約有340萬噸的廚餘量（約2267萬個廚餘桶），光是一天平均的廚餘，大約可以堆成約114座的101大樓！ <br /> <br />「剩食」浪費造成大量經濟損失且加劇地球暖化與氣候變遷危機，每年因食物浪費生成的碳排放量高達44萬噸，這些碳排放不僅來自於運輸，加工、生產方面以及當作垃圾處理所需要消耗的能源、來自掩埋場所釋放的大量甲烷。 <br />由此可知，剩食正是全球暖化的元兇之一，衍伸出像是加速土地沙漠化、水資源浪費、森林的消失等問題，若剩食問題繼續不受大家重視，將會對環境早成更多的傷害，而這些傷害終究會回歸人類本身。 <br />「欸！我們來解決剩食問題吧！」 <br />因此，蝶釀永續成為全台第一家利用食品科技再創「剩食」價值的社會企業，研發多種剩食製成的產品，使更多剩食得以被利用。</p> <br /> <br/>Powered by <a href="https://firstory.me">Firstory Hosting</a>
