孩子無法好好靜靜坐著，總是動來動去，吃飯也靜不下來，到底是不是過動呢？ 身體運用能力是當我們遇到新的事情時，是否可以好好地計畫該怎麼控制身體動作，這非常需要仰賴預測及從回饋中學習的能力。 若身體運用能力不佳的孩子，面對體育課、帶動唱、大動作遊戲時，就會看起來比較跟不上、動作慢半拍或較為笨拙，因為即使已經教導怎麼做或是告知規則，他們還是很難預測下一步，甚至玩玩具時除了手部操作的動作不流暢外，也很難看著示範學習。

這樣說真的比較好嗎?對於已經習慣爆炸或惡言相向的人，並非說改就能改，所以平常一定要多多練習，也帶著孩子練習，千萬不可歸因於自己的個性或人之常情而合理化自己的言行！若實在不小心在言語或動作上對孩子或他人造成傷害，絕對要好好修補彼此的關係，承認自己的不足與過失，希望對方能夠諒解並在日後做得更好，如此一來孩子也能學到正確的處事態度。

你聽過「捧殺」是什麼嗎？| 過度讚美很嚴重！？| 爸媽的親子療天室
孩子被說不專心，後來發現是怕做錯而產生壓力的焦慮緊張以及希望得到老師特別的關注；遊戲中的過份謹慎也是怕自己表現不好，不想看到自己跌倒或不完美，但由於孩子本身的肌力和協調不好，所以即使如此小心翼翼仍難以避免，最終拒絕繼續玩。這些算是「過度」讚美的後遺症。 長輩們從孩子小的時候就很常誇張的讚美，有時為了鼓勵，有時是真心覺得孩子表現很棒、很可愛等，當然讚美確實能增加他們的自信與正向情緒，其好處更是不庸置疑，那麼，到底如何判斷使用過度了呢？
