Yhteinen toimintakulttuuri ja tiimihenki
<p>Toisessa jaksossa käydään läpi <strong>tiimin toimintakulttuurin yhteistä rakentamista ja tiimihenkeä.</strong> Tiimitoiminta perustuu aina yhdessä rakentuneeseen tiimikulttuuriin, joka ohjaa jäsenten toimintaa. Miksi tiimikulttuuriin pitää kiinnittää huomiota, mitä se on ja miten sitä rakennetaan?
