This show brings perspectives, connections across humans beyond boundaries. Each episodes we will unpack yogic scriptures, yogic philosophy, human psychology, experiences and contradictions about being a teacher, a conscious creator and being a student of life from across the world.
In the era of information and AI, humans intelligence is a thread that we need to come back to. I believe these episodes can help listeners finding their own inner maps and anchors through stories of humans, like it did with my journey.
Mindsets and perspectives to reclaim our relationship with bodies
In today’s episode, I take you on a journey. It has been 10 years when I first planted this seed to take radical responsibility of taking care of me body. The stories, and perspectives behind embracing our body and always loving it back, how I was always protecting my body and paying attention to its biological needs, and this has lead to a stronger healthier body, mind and soul.
This conversation is a important one to have since our bodies are constantly under a lens, and a gaze. It is our responsibility as a teachers and to teach the same to our students of yoga, to nourish our bodies, take care of it and develop a deeper relationship with our bodies.
