The British Speedway season is almost back, and after a long winter the first official action of 2026 takes place at King's Lynn's Adrian Flux Arena on March 15th. Nicolai Klindt marks his testimonial year with a huge event in Norfolk to officially raise the curtain on British Speedway's season, and has assembled a tremendous line up including 4 current Speedway GP stars in a 4 team tournament, which also brings 2 great team names back to the tapes for the first time in years. Each team has played a part in Nicolai's career, and the names representing each team are some of the recent greats to wear the respective race jackets. In this video Nicolai joins Ian Brannan and explains what to expect from the day, the line ups, and a few other surprises planned..! Swindon Robins & Wolverhampton Wolves will join King's Lynn Stars and Poole Pirates for what will be a top class contest, featuring names such as Jason Doyle, Max Fricke, Brady Kurtz and Freddie Lindgren, along with a host of other well known names. Rory Schlein is a modern day British Speedway legend, who despite retiring a few years back, came back for more! Now having finally hung his kevlars for goodie looks back on a career which has taken in most of British Speedway's top side, including winning 3 Elite League titles with Coventry, including a treble in 2007, And 2nd tier titles with Edinburgh and Poole Pirates. Edinburgh Monarchs (2001–2004, 2011–2012) Sheffield Tigers (2001–2002) Belle Vue Aces (2004–2006, 2011–2012) Coventry Bees (2005–2010) Ipswich Witches (2008, 2017–2018) Peterborough Panthers (2010) King's Lynn Stars (2013–2016) Wolverhampton Wolves (2017–2021, 2023) Somerset Rebels (2019) Poole Pirates (2021) Berwick Bandits (2023–2024) (He also rode internationally for teams in Poland like Rybnik, Wrocław, and Łódź, and in Sweden for Indianerna and Dackarna.)
