<p>JoeJitsu was a Houston Bike Messenger back in the early 2000's. He started as driver but soon got on the bicycle. He worked for several companies in downtown and even went to the military and came back. We chatted a bit about health and fitness and got down a bit on some Jujitsu. Here is his story...Enjoy!</p>
