Avsnitt 6 - Vi besöker "Framåt"
<p>I det här avsnittet besöker vi "Framåt" i Huddinge. Det är en verksamhet som riktar sig till personer som är 18-30 år, har psykisk ohälsa och står långt ifrån arbetsmarknaden. Syftet är att bryta isolering och erbjuda stöd i att ta första stegen till förändring, återhämtning och vägen mot ett självständigt vuxenliv. Här träffar vi bland annat ett par av coacherna som jobbar där, och vi har även intervjuat Andreas och Carolina som besöker verksamheten regelbundet. <p>I avsnitt 5 bjuder vi på en lång intervju med systrarna Heidi och Greta som delar med sig av sina upplevelser, om hur det är att leva och växa upp med psykisk ohälsa och allt de har gått igenom i samband med detta. Vi får även träffa Julian, en 17-årig kille från Botkyrka som på helt eget initiativ åker runt till skolor och håller föreläsningar om psykisk ohälsa, men även om gatuvåld och gängkriminalitet. </p>
