HuskNutrition Episode 3 - Zoe Knight - Musclenerds - Institute of Physical Culture
In this episode we are in conversation with the co-founder of Musclenerds and The Institute of Physical Culture gym, collector of books, dogs and coke zero lover… Zoe Knight. Zoe’s background is in personal training supporting the Musclenerds business system alongside education tutor and coach Luke Leaman. I have worked with Musclenerds in the past and found their work to be one of the best experiences I’ve ever had – it was informative – educational and at the end of it I looked a lot better nekkid. Musclenerds support me in my endeavours and I am so fortunate to have spent this time with Zoe!

HuskNutrition Episode 2 - Eva Humphries - WholeFoodWarrior
In this episode we are in conversation with the 'good egg' Eva Humphries - Whole Food Warrior. BANT recognised nutritionist, Eva has worked with cancer support, diabetes and now provides wellness retreats, corporate wellbeing workshops and so much more on her website wholefoodwarrior.co.uk You can catch Eva on the Great British Food Festival circuit here in the midlands cooking away and dropping knowledge bombs, collaborating with Denby Pottery, Clarence Court, The Cultured Collective and many more... What I love about her practice is that it is nutrients first and in being a foodie, she recognises the difference between placing food into a bowl vs cooking from the ground up... We talk about Nottingham restaurants (Kushi Ya), circadian rhythms, great practices and strategies for sleep, hydration and nutrition... plus what worked for Popeye. #wholefoodwarrior #husknutrition #cleanfoodbutgood #evahumphries #BANT #kushiya

Gary's work takes him worldwide to explore and teach his methods to movement and health practitioners to open their practice into embedding the connection between the feet, the floor and the interaction of the human bodies systems. I have worked through Gary's Wake Your Feet Up series as it got me away from a lot of painful experiences. In this podcast we laugh a lot, discuss his methods and I tease him about his choice of breakfast sauce.
