Mimi Dumalaog never planned to become a founder. Growing up in Mindoro taught her how to work with limited resources, stay resourceful, and keep moving even when the path was unclear.
That mindset took her from government and academia to a struggling tech startup, then to a ₱10,000 challenge that eventually became Etsuka. In this episode, Mimi shares lessons on pivoting, building systems from mistakes, founder loneliness, and why the biggest gap between you and the people you look up to may simply be how many times they were willing to try.
