Weekly!", a weekly recap show where Joe updates his workaholic wife, Finlay on anything interesting that happened in the past week (with a strict "no politics, no pop culture" mandate). "Hwat?! Weekly!" Is a new show hosted by Joe Fisher (Creator of the podcast Midnight Burger) and Finlay Stevenson (co-producer of Midnight Burger and audiobook narrator and director). […] They found nearly 3,500 studies on cold water immersion, and after eliminating poor quality ones and those exclusive to male athletes, they were left with just 11 studies. Those 11 studies totaled about 3,100 participants, of whom over half were female. But all of the females came from just one study on the effects of cold showers from the Netherlands. And that study was actually one of the best because it had a large, diverse participant group and actually had a control group, which most of the other studies just didn't.
