[…] I mean, I think right now we have 18 really good volleyball teams in this conference and 10 or 12 of them are ranked. So it's not easy. And just because you beat a team a year ago doesn't mean you'll beat them the following year. And it's hard. What I would say, though, is I skew towards the business side of everything and I feel like when you have a good product and it's marketed well and the product gets better and then it's marketed better and it starts to spin, whether it's a hotel or a restaurant or whatever you're trying to build, I think the pinwheel effect is real.
