5. 내 안의 메신저 잠재우기 : 내가 생각하는 진실을 전달하지 않는다.
6. 사애방의 의도 파악하기 :상대방의 의도는 생각보다 선하다.
7. 대화를 끝낼 시점 판단하기 : 불편한 대화를 강요하지 않는다.
