This is where we’ll cover all things God, healing, trauma, love, depression- anything you could think of and how we can begin healing through our voice! I believe some of us are still hiding behind our silence and it’s time to be free from what we’ve been through. V uses Dinah to be an example of how we break those generational curses from before Christ was born! Find Your Voice Through Trauma.

Triggering Our Traumas: EP. 17 SHOWING UP (For Yourself)
Healing/Life/Love is not a race but a journey! Give yourself grace and pat yourself on the back for continuing to do the work! When it got hard and crazy you pushed through it. But this episode is for YOU and YOU ONLY! We can't expect to give the best parts and versions of ourselves when we're burnt out, exhausted, on E and not having much to give. This is where we accept and say "No, not today", accepting the "I don't feel like doing anything today", and accepting the gift of slowing down. Stop rushing and feeling like you have to accomplish and do so much. You're only an Over Achiever because you've been put on this pedestal that you constantly felt like you had to outlive others or yourself!
Don't and You can't OUTLIVE YOURSELF!

We talk about how we can continue to grow in confidence and boldness while healing. In this episode you will know more about how to navigating through what IS and ISN'T taking up space in your relationships and journey!
*IF ITS NOT YOURS, don't touch it, don't leave it, don't keep it, don't make it stay ... NANTHANNNNN we don't want it anymore, take your ish back !!

Triggering Our Traumas: EP. 15 What Has Been Triggering You
*Better Late Then Ever* Literally thought this was posted so sorry for the wait!
This episode we dive in with my own experience with triggering somethangs I've been going through recently with nit of friends. We come across "The Equation of the Healing Journey"; where we can see and master solving problems that come up from the past or in the now. More times than some we find it that, there are some things we left behind that's following us and it's our responsibility to handle them when they do!

Triggering Our Traumas: EP. 14 Shifting In Isolation
Even in the shift of isolation, there's Grace continues to show up for compassion. And gentleness and kindness meets us there. So we talk about how we meet people where there are, and remember God is just not using you, but everyone else around you and in your circle.
*Prayers to the Innocence. The Young. The Free. The Spirit. I've been hearing and seeing a lot about how little ones and older ones are being taken advantage of that's in the system, in school, and I'm sure those experiencing the same at home. There are still predators among us preying on strong ones making us keep quiet. BUT I WONT! WE WONT!
Recently I've been reflecting on how connections are easily made and difficult to let go in the space of silence. Today we touch on that! We're going to touch on the hardships of communication and connections that were so easily formed and why it may seem so hard to understand or be empathetic to a person that may be going through a transition at the moment. You realize a lot of things when you're in silence. You SEE, HEAR, FEEL clearer than you did when things seemed so busy in your relationships.

Triggering Our Traumas: EP. 12 Shifting & Transitioning In Silence
This is one of those times we acknowledge the silence we're experiencing on our own and with others connected to us. There's a level of understanding that everyone is going through something but the shift and transition for comfort, to be brave, to motivate and inspire becomes hard in silence. So here is where we acknowledge the silence in our lives and in also how to move during that time.
No one is EXEMPT from being cut off! This episode we get into realizations of how to accept that things will NEVER change; there always room for HOPE. But when there's a level of understanding that the season/storm/experience will continue to have the same outcome, you have to be willing to remove yourself -even if it's hard. That's what Vee realizes herself. It's time to choose yourself, no matter how hard it is divorcing and cutting those ties with people you love dearly. AGAIN, NO ONE IS EXEMPT!

Grieving | The Lost Version of You
We are going to take a moment to *BREATHE*. This is dedicated to our you get selves. The babies we've almost killed, left behind and neglected. To the teen version who we judged, didn't hug and protected at the time when they needed us most. It's time to give ourselves grace and truly appreciate how far we've come. I know everybody else is or probably disappointed in you but your younger self -that baby girl or baby boy is SO PROUD OF YOU!
-Write a letter to yourself appreciating yourself and giving yourself flowers for staying alive and well. Thank God you've made it this far! Go back and uplift yourself and give yourself a big hug. Your younger you is waiting on you.

How Not Healing Can Affect Relationships
-How areas that still need to be worked on show up / -How relationships can show you areas you thought you were healed in
If we're going to be completely honest here; besides some of us actually being okay SINGLE -we're out here dating because some of us are scared. We're afraid of being judged and singled out in away. This goes for platonic - romantic relationships as well. NO ONE is exempt. This episode we explore a little how NOT HEALING can affect our relationships and also how we lack doing the work for ourselves, for the past to pop up. We really need to start reflecting and showing up for ourselves if we want to be healthier, peaceful, healed and more. It all works together. Let's STOP being on surface and get DEEP!

Excuse Me, You're Triggering Me
Are you really though? And I'm not taking that away if you really are; I just want us to consider the ROOT. Maybe you do have the right to feel some type of way, and maybe that woman or man did hurt you. But let's have a conversation surrounding triggers that have stemmed from the past that we have yet spoken up about to our families, partners, friends, etc. It's really our responsibility to HEAL and grow, no one else's.

Part 1: I JUST WANNA KNOW WHY?
If you listened to the intro I briefly asked a few questions as to WHY, silence has become a normalcy in the church and home surrounding sexual abuse or anything harmful and dangerous to the community. We get a chance to surface the ideas and maybe some answers & truths, to WHY its so easy to hush about these topics, WHY its NOT talked about at all and how we can truly make space for those to be comfortable to TALK about it when they're the ones hurting and trying to find a place to heal.

EP Intro: Introducing V & Dinah
This is a NOT-SO-BRIEF intro of who I am as your host and what we’ll be diving into on this podcast! We‘ll be unpacking a little bit of every thing from abuse, depression, healing and to being the best version of ourselves. Many of us are used to hiding behind silence because that’s all we’ve known and have been used to -but has done so in shame as well. There are many cycles that were repeating that it’s time to break free and speak out !
