   Ep. 11 Our Pregnancy Journey

This week I sat down and recorded our journey to falling pregnant. The journey that we are still walking. The audio on this ep has been taken straight from the video that I did for IGTV so bear with it if it’s not of amazing quality! This would have to be the most vulnerable journey I’ve ever walked and to sit down and share it with you all is a huge milestone. My heart in sharing our story, is that if you’re not walking this path now or in the future that you will gain insight into what it is like for someone who may be. And if any part of our story resonates with you, then I share this to tell you that you are not alone. The one challenge I give to you today, is this. Not every story is what you think it is. Struggling to fall pregnant doesn’t always mean infertility issues or marriage problems. It doesn’t always mean that you think “I’ll never be a mum”. So please. Take time to hold space for the women in your life and seek to understand what it is that they are going on because every journey is different. Thanks for listening! Ep. 10 Reality Tv, Divorce & Finding Your True Self with Emma Wynne

This week I caught up with Emma Wynne. You may know Em from the reality tv series The Single Wives, where she joined 3 other brave women in their journey to start dating again after dealing with divorce or the loss of their husband. Em’s story of marriage, divorce and the journey to find her real self is so beautiful and shines a light on some of the deeply rooted false beliefs that we may carry around about ourselves. These day’s Em is running her own business as a men’s vulnerability coach and hosting her brand-new podcast, Walk Through The Wound where she helps others start their own self-work journey. If you want to connect with Emma (who wouldn't!?) you can find her on insta @emmaisobella (//www.instagram.com/emmaisobella). Ep.8 Ageing Like a Boss with Tanya Guccione

This episode I am joined by Tanya Guccione (@tanyaguccione (https://www.instagram.com/tanyaguccione/) on Instagram). Tanya is bright, bubbly and super creative. She’s a makeup artist with a long list of career highlights up her sleeve, a mum to two kids and a wife. Tan and I connected out of the desire to mix things up a bit and share a perspective on sexy from someone in the generation only a little before mine, being in her late 30’s. There’s not a lot that we don’t cover in this episode with everything from how she ended up in her career and where it’s taken her to her journey with IVF and becoming a mum. She sheds light on just some of the differences of being a teen without social media and what stigma’s she’s had to find her own way through. Ep. 7 - Boundaries

Hey sexy! Today I’m diving into my first solo episode where I’m exploring Boundaries. Boundaries are a foreign area for so many people, they definitely were for me prior to 22 years old but they've been a powerful aid in allowing me to feel safe in my relationships and create safe spaces for others. In this episode I define boundaries and look at what boundaries are and what they are not. I breakdown the 4 types of boundaries and I chat through the 4 stages of implementing boundaries. Here is an excerpt from my show prep to help you understand how to be responsible for you, the choices that you make and the emotions that you feel. When I say be responsible for the emotions that you feel, I don’t mean taking the blame for someone else’s bad behaviour. To explain this a bit more I’m going to talk through two sentences: Sentence 1 “You always make me feel so angry” vs. Sentence 2. “When you say that to me, I feel angry” Sentence 1 has a couple of key words the relinquish responsibility for our emotions. “You always make” says I have no control over myself and you are responsible for how I am feeling. When someone says this to us, they are shifting the responsibility of changing their emotions to us. When we say this to someone, we are not taking responsibility for our emotions. The process of setting boundaries that I refer to in this episode is adapted from coach Jody Moore (https://www.instagram.com/jodymoorecoaching/)and her podcast episode on Boundaries. I would encourage you to listen to her episode here (https://jodymoore.com/boundaries/) as she answers some great questions that clarify some of the questions that may have. Ep4. Living Real with Shani Chantel

Today I’m chatting with the incredible Shani Chantel (@thegirlcode_byshani (https://www.instagram.com/thegirlcode_byshani/)), the beautiful babe behind the girlcode_byshani on insta. Shan is an absolute boss babe when it comes to living real! She’s a Mumma, wife and most recently a full-time Instagrammer. Her life mission is to help women transform the way they think about themselves and others by educating and inspiring them to fully step into their deepest, most real, rawest and fully unedited, unapologetic versions of themselves. She doesn’t just do this by dishing out the tips and tricks – nope, that would be easy. She does this by showing up and being 100% vulnerable. This is one of the things that I just adore about Shan. What you see is what you get, 100% real, raw and authentic. She doesn’t shy away from the good, bad or freaking insanity that is life and owns her story with so much acceptance. Shani and I chat about everything from the importance of comfy underwear to owning your story and loving your body even when it's not what you or others think it "should" be. This is a chat straight from the heart!
