5 Hour Rule
<p>This took some practice, but I have it down now. <br/><br/>However you want to carve out and spend an hour on you is up to you - there is no right way. But the benefits from investing time into yourself is well worth it.<br/><br/>I've made a commitment to myself for this year to read every single day for a minimum of 20 minutes (most days I do a lot more). It has not only been enriching for me, but I generally look forward to it every day. I find myself excited to choose the next book I am going to read.<br/><br/>Most important, I don't beat myself up if I read five pages or fifty.
