Constipation may be uncomfortable to talk about, but the pain that it can cause is much worse than the conversation itself. In this episode, our host and Harbor Palliative care nurse Cheri Montambo talks about preventative measures as well as acting quickly to mitigate the problems that constipation can cause patients.
