Her past experiences include leading as a bilingual middle school educator, as an adjunct faculty for multiple graduate-level courses, and as a coach for teachers, professionals and leaders. At the local level, Claire is a partner in facilitating on topics such as White Identity Formation and Development, Unconscious Bias, Anti-Racism, and Microaggressions as well as general team development and best practices for adult learning and facilitation.Claire graduated from University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology & Spanish. She then attended Cardinal Stritch University and received a Master of Urban Education and completed a thesis on Metacognitive Learning in 2012. </p>
