Both of the platforms they've created encourages Black women to participate in creative forms of investing. Maya and Raniesha invest in the vending machine business and are also real estate investors. They teach people how to start and scale their vending business and they also guide Black women who are first-generation homebuyers through the home buying process. Ericka took money she earned from service-based businesses and working as an apartment manager to invest in real estate and trucking.
