A person's life is engulfed by confusions especially during the early chapters of life. We have so many options at hand and yet, no option seems feasible. A lot of choices to make and each choice demands a cost of several other choices, which we are not ready to sacrifice. Sometimes, we don't even want to choose between the options because some aspect of them always appeals to us.
So, here we are with another episode where we discuss the dilemma in the minds of students like which course to choose, which college to go, whether to take a drop or not and a never ending list of them. Stay tuned and listen what our fellow students have to say about their dilemmas and how did they make their choices.

Mental Health & Suicide Prevention
Life becomes better when health becomes your first priority!!
Today's modern and chaotic world has given humanity a lot more hardships than we would have expected several decades ago. In life's race after money and reputation, fulfilling responsibilities, We often tend to neglect our physical health, let alone our mental health. The organ which keeps us driven throughout the day is the least cared about. So, our first episode focuses on this very topic which is also the need of the hour.
We had an interactive conversation with Samyukhta Kaushik, who is an eminent psychologist. She told us about how our mental health gets affected by small variations in our day-to-day life, how this poor mental health triggers our suicidal thoughts and she also suggested some really effective and applicable methods to tackle problems like suicidal thoughts, anxiety, panic attacks, etc.
Aasra provides 24x7 Helpline: +91-9820466726 for emotional crisis situations, mental illness issues, and suicidal ideation.
Every problem can be solved by communication with others or ourselves. So, try communicating your thoughts and ideas with people you trust and keep your mind clear. It's always alright to visit a psychologist in time of need for proper evaluation.
