It’s that time of year when Stephanie and I get together to discuss our favorite Christmas movies! But this year, we are focusing on Netflix films rather than Hallmark.
But never fear. We do have our Hallmark Christmas movie watch list ready to share with you, based solely on artwork, titles, and a brief blurb. Spoiler alert: We will both be tuning in to watch Oy to the World. With a name like that, we HAVE to see what happens!

IHGB #398 -- Wicked: For Good Movie Review with Lara
Hello, everyone!
I took a little break for Thanksgiving and, during that time, I went to see the musical Wicked: For Good with my friends Lara and Stephanie. In this episode, Lara and I break down our feelings and try to decipher how we REALLY liked this movie versus the feeling that it wasn’t as good as the first. It’s hard to explain, but we do our best!
Wicked: For Good will do that to you, my friends. It’s light and fluffy compared to dark and brooding. It’s pink against green, yet at the end of the day, the entire experience changes you. For good.

IHGB #397 -- Golden Bachelor Mel Finale: Introducing "Meg"
Hello, everyone!
We’ve reached the dramatic conclusion of Mel’s journey to find love, and in the end, one woman was left standing. Because the other woman self-eliminated. It happens.
Some Guy in Austin and I discuss the reasoning behind this woman’s departure, and debate if Mel would have chosen her if she had just “finished the game” and accompanied him to the fantasy suite. We also take a deep dive into Mel’s fears which include: dune buggies, stingrays, non-Hoka shoes, emotional conversations, and sentences that involve more than five words.
Notice I didn’t list that he was afraid of commitment. Golden Mel never once thought about proposing! He’s not AFRAID of commitment. He’s just not interested in it. Luckily, I don’t think Peg is either!
