This is a personal discussion about the lack of education provided to the general public about ways to be well. So often we rely on the healthcare system and take the option placed in front of us instead of educating ourselves about the many options that are possible. This podcast promotes self education, and self advocacy in the healthcare arena. I am a functional nutrition masters student hoping to enter a doctoral program this upcoming spring. This podcast is an opportunity to discuss all the nutritional errors made throughout my lifespan so that others may be enlightened for themselves!

Pizza face: Acne &Diet
This episode is extremely personal to me as acne is something I had suffered with from about fourth grade, very young, through my early 20s! Acne is embarrassing unfortunate and misunderstood. Many still suffer with the disorder through adulthood and treat with harmful antibiotics, topical creams and lotions, and dangerous chemicals! I’m here to talk about safer alternatives to change your skin from the inside out! I advocate for doing this without the use of harmful antibiotics, and harsh chemicals that actually contribute to the aging process, and can actually significantly alter your micro biome! Get beautiful glowing skin like mine with nothing more than a change in lifestyle and diet!
