We discuss all of the extreme health and wellness practices presented by goop, including Crystal water bottles, ozone therapy, fasting, jade eggs, seed cycling and much more. We divulge we would and wouldn't try, what we have tried, and our overall thoughts and feelings on the health and wellness industrial complex.
