About I Hope This Finds You Well

"I Hope This Finds You Well" is a podcast about growing up in the gray area: between college and career, breakdowns and breakthroughs, self-care and self-doubt. Hosted by Allie Licciardi, a twenty-something navigating her post-grad life with an overthinking brain and an open heart, this show is your weekly voice note from someone who gets it. Expect real talk on mental health, identity, friendships, burnout, nostalgia, and the weird little transitions no one warned us about. All delivered with warmth, wit, and the weekly existential spiral.

   Dear 5787, Please Be Nice

Happy New Year… to the Jews, of course. This week, I’m talking Rosh Hashanah, turning 23, fresh starts, doing what you want without everyone else’s approval, and the absolute state of the dating scene. Plus, my birthday wish list (Mom, take notes).

   Plot Twist Pending

What if everything actually works out? This week, we’re talking post-grad pivots, changing your mind, and realizing you can love more than one path. Plus, a reminder that you have time, you don’t need every answer at 22, and no decision has to happen overnight. Then, From the Notes App takes an unexpected trip to HomeSense, and possibly launches my new career in interior design???

   Eurosummer.

Eurosummer dreams: officially completed. This week, I’m recapping two weeks of Europe, from Madrid to Positano and all the pasta, chaos, and questionable decisions in between. We’re talking hail storms, eating pigeon, a very memorable Nice tour guide, cruise ship antics, and what happens when you share one room with your sister and her boyfriend for almost two weeks. Basically: Eurosummer but feral.
