Grab a cup of coffee and join host Laura Max Rose as she delivers her takes on motherhood, pop culture, current events and day-to-day life as a mother of three.
Produced by the former host of "Look Ma' No Hands," a structured, interview-based podcast on motherhood, "I Just Have to Say..." offers a much more casual listening experience that feels like listening to a voice note from your bff while you get ready for work in the morning.

This is my first official interview on this podcast and trust me, you don't want to miss it! Listen the whole way through to hear one of my most beloved podcast guests from my previous podcast, Look Ma' No Hands, weigh in on:
Harrison Butker
What she wishes she could tell her younger-mom self
What she wants you to know about your kids getting older
How it feels to be a Stay-At-Home-Mom after running a successful online business for over 10 years
Her next project
Two-Way Journaling - what it is and why it helps with anxiety (guys, you have to hear this - it's amazing!)
How to calm the other voices so you can really hear your own
There isn't a single minute of this podcast that I would skip over. I love chatting with Megan and her candor truly lends itself to so much laughter, healing and the feeling of "oh, thank goodness...I thought it was just me!"

Am I supposed to be grateful for this? How I went from resistance to gratitude this year
Life can be really hard sometimes. Parenting can be really hard sometimes. On top of it, we are asked to have gratitude for things that we really aren’t that grateful for, and then we feel badly for being ungrateful.
I’m somewhat ashamed to admit that I spent a lot of this past year in resistance to reality for some reason. Certain things in my life felt hard, and most of my prayers were repetitive requests for those things to change. “Once I get this, I’ll be happy.” I felt extremely resistant to looking at things through any other perspective because I was holding on so tightly to my idea of the way things should be. In this podcast, I’m sharing something that I read with you that totally changed my attitude and perspective overnight, and I hope it’s something that feels helpful on your journey.
(This one is live from my bathroom, so pardon the audio quality. My hope is that the message makes it worth the listen.)

The Ultimate Colleen Hoover Guide: All 24 of her books ranked in order
In the past few months, I can officially say I've read every single book ever written by bestselling author Colleen Hoover (yes, all 24 of them!) I've never been so enthralled with an author before, and since I know a bunch of you love her equally but haven't read the time to read all of her books, I thought I'd tell you my thoughts on how they rank, what makes each one of them unique, and which ones you should read now vs. save for later.
I'm so excited that this is my first-ever episode of "I just have to say..." and I can't wait to share more with you. Thanks for listening!
